AUGUST 2010

Ms. Ann Butts, Class of 2000, Bachelor of Applied Science, Fort Bragg/Pope Campus, received the Army’s Superior Civilian Service Award on August 19, 2010.  The award is the third highest award a civilian may receive and consists of a medal, lapel button, and citation certificate.  It is granted by any commander (Brigadier General and above) or civilian equivalent organizational heads. Nominations for this award reflect superior service or achievement.  Its military equivalent is the Meritorious Service Medal. Ann currently works on Bragg, and has worked for the federal government since 1979.
